Visionary Yoga is a free weekly community class held every Tuesday at 7 AM on Zoom. This is a welcoming space to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and begin your week feeling grounded and supported. Through intentional movement, breath, and presence, you will create space to release stress and return to yourself. Open to all levels, this class is here to help you build consistency, connection, and community from wherever you are.
