Visionary
Yoga Academy
This is not just a certification.
This is an initiation into the next wave of yoga.
This Is Yoga for the
World We Are Building
At Visionary Yoga Academy, our mission is to train embodied, trauma-informed, spiritually grounded leaders who can hold space with integrity, intuition, and skill.
We are devoted to bridging ancient yogic wisdom, shamanic ritual, and modern nervous system science — so that spiritual practice is not bypassed, but embodied.
We teach the union of sacred energetics, conscious movement, psychological awareness, and community responsibility. Through ritual, study, and lived practice, our students learn to inhabit their highest frequency while remaining deeply human.
Our mission is not to create perfect yogis. It is to cultivate regulated, relational, ethical facilitators who serve the collective with courage, compassion, and clarity.
This is yoga for the world we are building.

Your Guides
Tasha has taught in some of New York's most demanding and diverse environments — leading classes of 60 in New York City, at Hofstra University, and for years through BOCES. She owned and operated her own yoga studio on Long Island, launched yoga programs for school districts, offered community yoga, and volunteered as an instructor for communities in need.
Her 500-hour foundation spans Trauma Informed Yoga, Special Needs Yoga, Hatha, and Hot Yoga — with an additional 300+ hours of certifications including Bikram and specialized training. Since 2018 she has taken that depth internationally, leading retreats and immersive experiences around the world, with recent cohorts consistently selling out.
Her path has also been shaped by time in the Amazon jungle of Ecuador, studying closely with Indigenous communities and shamans. The ancestral wisdom and plant medicine teachings she received there continue to inform her approach to embodiment, ritual, and leadership — and her devotion to training teachers who are regulated, ethical, and deeply alive in their practice.
Victoria's work bridges nervous system regulation, somatic practice, and social equity — supporting individuals through pivotal life transitions with clarity, safety, and informed choice.
Teaching yoga since 2019, she holds advanced certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga, 85-Hour Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, and Therapeutics. In 2025 she co-facilitated a teacher training with Fire Fly Yoga, expanding her leadership in curriculum development and mentorship.
Within Visionary Yoga Academy, Victoria guides future teachers in ethical facilitation, inclusive language, prenatal and postnatal support, and how to hold space without projection. She creates spaces where all identities feel seen, respected, and supported.
