The Session Flow

Assessment

We begin with a full-body conversation. Where are you in your recovery? What does your body need most today? Gina listens with her hands and her full attention before anything begins.

Activation

Swedish and lymphatic opening strokes warm the tissue and activate circulatory flow. The nervous system begins its descent from vigilance into receptivity.

Targeted Work

The session's core. Shiatsu, deep tissue, myofascial, or Crystal Reiki work is applied to the areas identified. This is where the real restoration happens — specific and intentional.

Red Light

Targeted red and near-infrared light is applied to priority areas. Cellular repair begins. This is science and ritual in the same breath.

Closing

Gentle compression and grounding touch. We integrate what has shifted. You leave feeling complete — restored in the deepest sense.
